NovaStar MCTRL300

This article is a stub. The MCTRL300, which Colorado Time Systems writes MCTRL-300, is a NovaStar LED display controller that CTS has shipped between a DisplayLink Plus computer and an LED video board. CTS groups it with the controllers that need a pass-through video capture device when the board’s output is also being streamed.
